American bakeries range from wholesale operations that supply restaurants to neighborhood shops that sell bread, pastries, cookies and cakes over the counter, and many of them also pour coffee. Bagel shops boil and bake on site and sell out of favorite flavors by late morning; donut shops open before dawn and are often family-run; patisseries and cake studios take custom orders for weddings and birthdays and usually need one to two weeks' notice. Ice cream parlors, gelato shops and frozen yogurt bars are seasonal in the northern states and year-round in the South and on the West Coast. As a New Yorker - these bagels are alright. Got a lot of variety which is nice. They don’t have hash browns, just home fries, so you can’t add them to your bagels without it being a mess. It was also a bit pricey but that’s Florida bagels for you!

I ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese on kaiser roll. I selected muenster cheese for both and requested 2eggs for each sandwich. I asked for well done bacon and specified that I did not want it chewy or fatty. 5-8mins later the sandwiches are ready. Wrapped in foil as if it is a take away order. We sat down I opened my son's sandwich, the cheese was not melted or even warm. It was just added to the sandwich. The Bacon is clearly microwaved chewy, fatty and definitely not well done. The eggs on each sandwich did not look like 2 eggs, nor did it look freshly cooked. The eggs were not even warm, no steam from a sandwich that is supposed to be cooked to order Instead it was room temp. So we got a cold egg sandwich. When you make eggs fresh they are hot steaming and continue cook when removed from stove, which would have melted the cheese. Honestly surprised that this is a bagel and deli. Fast food places at least serve the sandwich hot. However the seriously concerning issue with this restaurant is the mold spreading out of all the AC vents, over seating area, coffee counter and behind the counter where the food is stored, displayed, prepared etc.

I was coming here multiple times a week and at first I thought it it was the phone system that was messing up my order so I started asking to speak with a manger hoping I wouldn’t have this issue of constantly getting cheese on My breakfast sandwich that I specifically asked for with NO CHEESE! Then I took a break from going there and decided to go back last week and received this disgrace of a breakfast sandwich. Then I went back again today and again they put cheese on my sandwich. I was coming here for the convenience and yes they are fast but it seems speed is all they have going for them since they’re they kitchen staff doesn’t know how to read the orders properly. I am Colombian and ashamed at the quality and the pride they take. Not even the decency to give me a discount or refund at the store for all the mistakes and waste of time I’ve expressed to them in person. . You lost my business

The staff was definitely going through it so I checked my order before walking away. I had to get another sandwich redone but didn’t check the other. I ordered the Burt Reynolds for the caramelized onions and got raw white onions, cold bun and meat. So disappointed! I loved coming here but now the quality has changed. WHAT HAPPENED?! How do we get refunded?

Used to be my favorite bagels. They no longer come out golden brown with a light crisp when toasted, and the bacon is so undercooked it was practically raw and I couldn’t eat it last time, so I asked for crispy bacon this time and this is what I got. I also tried to call and order ahead because I was coming in a bit late, and I got an AI voice to take my order. They started my order when I arrived because the system was so slow, completely negating the point of calling ahead. Update to reply: That’s crispy bacon? Crispy bacon sogs and flops down the side of your hand when you pick it up apparently. Those pictures don’t show crispy bacon if they did it would stand up straight when held not flop straight down and have brown mushy parts. Yes I came in late and I apologize for that, that’s why I tried to call but I spent the whole time I was driving trying to get my order correct through a creepy AI voice trying to sound human. No one wants an AI voice when they’re trying to order from a local bagel shop. I understand you’re busy, hire more ppl or something don’t use AI. None of the bagels or sandwiches have been even close to how good they used to be for some time, they bagels are ne
